Makes 10-12 Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 Whole Beef Chuck Roast - 3 to 4 lbs2 Cups Water (Enough to cover the bottom of crock-pot and so it won't dry out.)
2 Pkg Italian Dressing Seasoning (Or Garlic Salt, Italian Seasoning, Onion Powder, & Black Pepper)
10 or 12 Oz Jar Sliced Pepperoncini Peppers - with juice
Instructions:
Put chuck roast, pepperoncinis, and water in Crock-pot and cover the roast with the Italian dressing mix.
Cook on low for 8-12 hours.
Shred meat and keep on warm until ready to serve.
Serve on toasted Ciabatta Rolls with provolone cheese slices.

I made this with a 4 lb bottom round roast and it was enough for 12 sandwiches at least. It needed at least 6 hours on high in the crock-pot.
