Shepherd's Pie

Ingredients:
2 lb Ground Beef 
1 Onion
1 Bag Frozen Vegetable Mix (Corn, Peas, Carrots)
1/2 Bag Frozen Green Beans
2 Cups Beef Broth (Or enough to keep it from drying out)
2 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce (Or enough to taste)
Garlic Salt
Salt
Pepper
Mashed Potatoes (8-10 Potatoes)
Shredded Cheddar Cheese (Optional)

Instructions:
In a skillet over medium heat, brown meat and onions. Season with garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
When fully cooked, drain excess grease and add all of the remaining ingredients except for the potatoes. Cook until vegetables begin to get soft.

Preheat oven to 400 F.
Spray a 10x15 pan with non-stick cooking spray. Pour meat layer into pan and cover with mashed potatoes. Cook for 30-35 minutes or until bubbly and browning on top. You can sprinkle shredded cheese on top 5-10 minutes before it is finished cooking.
