Parmesan Potato Wedges

Makes: 8 Servings
6 large russet potatoes, sliced into wedges
8 tablespoons olive oil
4 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons garlic powder
4 teaspoons Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400.
Wash and cut potatoes into wedges.
Place cut potatoes in a large bowl and add the rest of the ingredients. Mix until the potatoes are completely covered with oil and seasonings.
Line two baking sheets with foil and spread the potatoes out on them.
Bake for 35-40 minutes or until fork-tender.
