Gluten Free Cornbread

Makes: 8x8 pan
2x for 9x13, 3x for 11x15
1 cup flour
1 cup corn flour (Masa Harina)
1/4 cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 eggs (if making gluten free, add an extra egg)
1 cup milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil

Preheat oven to 425
In a mixing bowl, sift together dry ingredients. In another bowl, beat together the wet ingredients. Gently mix together until combined. 
Bake in greased 9x9 or 8x8 pan for 20-25 minutes.
