Waldorf Salad

Serves: 12
6 apples, chopped
2 cup thinly sliced celery
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup grapes (optional)
1 cup mayonnaise
2 Tbsp white sugar
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt

Combine the apples, celery, walnuts, and grapes in a bowl (preferably in a colander to drain extra juice) and set aside until close to serving time.
In a second bowl, mix together the mayo, sugar, lemon juice, & salt. Set aside.
When it is time to serve the salad, combine the dressing with the other ingredients.
