Corn Fritters

From: Talisha B (Old Mill Restaurant's)
Makes: About 12 fritters
1/2 cup bread flour
1/2 cup self-rising flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

2 Tbsp milk
1 egg
1 Tbsp melted butter
1/4  cup frozen cream-style corn

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, self-rising flour, sugar, and baking powder.
In another bowl, mix milk, egg, butter, and corn.
Mix wet & dry ingredients together.
Drop by spoon-fulls into hot oil (350 degrees) and fry until golden brown.
